“It is not about party or politics; it is about principle,” Ms. Engelbrecht, president of True the Vote, said.

It might as well be Harry Potter’s invisible Knight Bus, because no one can prove it exists.

The bus has been repeatedly cited by True the Vote, a national group focused on voter fraud. Catherine Engelbrecht, the group’s leader, told a gathering in July about buses carrying dozens of voters showing up at polling places during the recent Wisconsin recall election.

“Magically, all of them needed to register and vote at the same time,” Ms. Engelbrecht said. “Do you think maybe they registered falsely under false pretenses? Probably so.”

Now, a network of conservative groups is waging an aggressive campaign on the ground. In a report this month, the liberal-leaning organizations Common Cause and Demos cited True the Vote as the central player in this effort, which it called a threat to the fundamental right to vote.

If a mythical bus registered illegal voters, they must have cast their votes for Walker, who won by a larger amount than Y2010 campaign victory, and not for his opponent, as Ms. Englechrecht reported.

No, he violated contractual agreements with American workers. That would be fiat government, which is unconstitutional in by the judge hearing the case.

You must have missed your American government classes or were home-schooled by Mormon's for plutocracy.

Governor Scott Walker of Kochministan is arrogant after retaining his role as 'big money government' champion in the state formerly known as Wisconisn, but he lost the Senate and the courts seem to have ended his reign as dictator for the Billionaire Bailout Society Oligarchy.

But lets also look at some of the democratic scandals in all fairness:

FDR: warned that the attack on pearl harbor was coming and did nothing about it.

Kennedy and Mary Jo

Al Gore: When senator being warned by Oliver North under testimony to congress about Osama bin Laiden

Lets not forget:

The Clinton's: Trooper gate, white water, Vince foster, white house travel gate, file gate, ( Hillary herself being fired from the Watergate committee for being less then honest, ethical and also leaking private documents to those who should not have had access and wanting to deny Nixon his right to counsel, after trying the chief justice of the supreme court and arguing for his right to counsel). The Lewinsky scandal, Lying under oath to congress, and as attorney General In Arkansas questionable death penalty op's for more blacks then whites.

Then the senator form Illinois who is now in Jail for "selling" Obama's congressional seat

Jim Guy Tucker who went to Jail over whitewater

Kathleen Babino-Blanco- Governed of Louisiana during Katrina who was told by the party that she should not run again, who gave both Bush and Negan a hard time about where the national guard and fema should be to bring in rapid disaster relief.

Obama: the birth certificate, the fast and the furious ect.

The NFL season is in its second week.

The controversial law that curbed the collective bargaining rights of public employees in Wisconsin has been struck down by Dane County Circuit Judge Juan Colas.

The law, if you remember, was championed by Gov. Scott Walker and it unleashed massive protests and even led to Democratic law makers to flee the state to forestall its passage. After it became law, union activists mobilized and triggered a recall vote, which Walker ultimately defeated.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that this means municipal workers return to what was the status-quo before the law was passed. State employees still have to abide by the new law.

"The ruling means that, unless it is overturned on appeal, school districts and local officials will have to return to the bargaining table with their workers in a much more significant way," the Sentinel reports

Next Year, The Recall of the Governor. Today, The FBI Raid.

Amidst the ongoing federal investigation that seems to be targeting one or more of his former top aides during his time as Milwaukee County Executive, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker is staying silent:

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker kept his distance Thursday from an investigation into one of his top agency officials, staying silent despite calls from his opponents to say what he knows about why FBI agents raided her home a day earlier.

Agents raided the home of Cynthia Archer, who held a top spot in Walker's office when he served as Milwaukee County executive and followed Walker to work in state government after last November's election.

While he is staying silent, Walker has retained legal consul in regards to corruption charges for nearly a year now:

The governor's campaign retained former U.S. Attorney Steven Biskupic after it received a subpoena for campaign emails shortly before last year's November election. His campaign has paid nearly $60,000 to Biskupic's firm, Michael Best & Friedrich, in the first half of the year.

The targets, and details, of the investigation still remain murky. What information is available is based on anonymous leaks. Unsurprisingly, the former aide to Walker whose home was raided by the FBI has gone public saying that she has done nothing wrong and that she does not know what the investigation is about.

It is entirely possible she is telling the truth. Still, this investigation has the potential for explosive revelations, and as such bears continued watching.

{OP comment: Citizens of Wisconsin have another reason to oust Wallker. This will continue to erode his image]

Victory in Badgerland! [Dateline Wednesday, August 17, 2011]

Both of the Democratic Wisconsin state senators up for recall elections have survived.

The Democrats targeted in Tuesday's election were among the 14 senators who fled the state in February in opposition to Republican Gov. Scott Walker's proposal curbing public employee collective bargaining rights.

Both won in recalls against Republican challengers.

Democrats picked up two seats through the nine recalls but were unable to wrest majority Senate control away from the GOP, which now holds a narrow 17-16 majority. Before the recalls, Republicans had a 19-14 edge in the chamber.

Democratic Sen. Bob Wirch of Pleasant Prairie defeated Kenosha attorney Jonathan Steitz, and Sen. Jim Holperin of Conover beat tea party Republican Kim Simac of Eagle River.

A third Democrat won a recall election last month. Two Republicans were defeated in six recall elections last week.

A wave of People's Party Liberation has changed public opinion in FitzWalkerstan/Wisconsin.
