Robert- is there any set of circumstances under which you would feel happy and fulfilled? Or is it already too late for you? Your newer employees are being taught in school to be the leader, that that is what the employer wants... Someone who doesn't have to be told but does and will take charge so to maximize expand your exposure and then open your own business. I don't have any issue with not taking charge, however I am also not able to even get my foot through the door because I went to the wrong school for the industry. |
