TOPIC: Sound proofing bedroom and bathroom

We want to get a Sybian. However they are super loud and we have kids and her mom recently moved in. I am going to be remodeling our bedroom and master bath.

I am thinking of filling the walls with insulation under the drywall between rooms. Then I am thinking of putting tiles over the drywall. .

Question- Am I correct that tiles would block the sound as they would reflect it?

Question- We noticed that the Hitachi wand gets louder when it lays on the bed. Is there some sort of material we could use on top of the bed to stop that? We want to figure out what to put the Sybian to prevent the vibrations flowing to the frame of the house.
