Anyone make the switch? Any thoughts from user experience?
Not looking for a general MSFT v. AAPL battle; more specifics to the new os. Thanks. |

Just bought a new laptop and I get the upgrade for free, I think I'll upgrade since it's free. I used to tell my customers not to upgrade any software and wait until all the bugs get worked out, but free is free. No touch screen so we'll see what happens.

I use 3 big monitors, but none are touch screen. at the desktop i do not anticipate the desire to reach over my papers, keyboard, drink, other piles, etc to touch a monitor.
Have you used it? For a fleeting moment i considered an AAPL. |

Windows 8 is a totally different animal. Think of it like a smart phone, because that is what microsoft designed it after. Also it would help if you get a touch screen monitor.
