Passion, it doesn't live up to the hype in any way shape or form. Which was pretty much what I figured was going to happen. Doubtful that I will ever read the rest unless they end up real cheap someday for Kindle.

Rdy, I read Wicked Pleasures years ago when we first got into the lifestyle and enjoyed it but part of me loves those books where the woman gets to live happily ever after with 2-4 men lol. The sex in wicked pleasures beats the hell out of 50 shades of grey too. I don't care to watch Porn I prefer my porn in book form.

My recommendation for BDSM themed books which I personally consider better than 50 Shades:

The Marketplace Series - Laura Antoniou Story of O - Pauline Reage Bondage - Patti Davis (Patricia Ann Reagan)

Ladies, those books aren't written for people like "us." But I'm kind of relieved to see your reviews. I guess I'll skip it for a while, then. I wasn't looking forward to it, but I was curious if it would live up the hype.

Neither can I, there are by far better, and by far more erotic books written, and may I add written better!

I had a blah week-end so decided to read 50 shades of grey to see what the hoopla was about. I can't believe people are saying this is the most erotic story they've ever read. I fell asleep twice reading it.

There are some wonderful quotes in Brave New World, and pretty interesting concepts, now that I've read it as an adult.
