Cute little kind of poorly written book of stories from the Dakotas, entitled:

Some Awfully Tame But Kinda funny stories about early Dakota Ladies of the Evening

Not my usual fare, but a quick chuckle of a read.

I am trudging through the 2nd book of 50 shades. I do not think I will read the 3rd book. The one I am enjoying however is History of the Wife. That is an interesting read.

2try - is that really the last book? I didn't know that Robert Jordan's successor had finished the series. I have been planning on re-reading the books (I stopped after about 7, it was taking too long for each book to come out...), but wanted to wait until it was totally complete.

jandscincy, I would highly recommend Underground: The Tokyo Gas Attack and the Japanese Psyche by Haruki Murakami.

I really enjoyed it, too. It is part gripping story, part science study, part sociological/cultural study. I would love suggestions of other similar non-fiction.

Wow, Cayne, I have that on my list to read. When I had my mammogram last year the technician was telling me about it, she was very animated about it and it sounds like a great book.
