I get up at 5:15 am during the week, shower, have some coffee and check out the news and sports on-line. Head off to work about 6:30. Unless I have been up really late and drinking, up at 6:30-7 am on weekends usually...I actually enjoy the early morning, generally the only time I get to myself!

Hell - 7:45am to get to work by 8:00ish. - But am a real night owl, 12p-1A then I run out of gas!
