I have been an early riser every since I had my sons. I am usually up between 4 and 4:30 am even with fall behind and spring ahead. My body knows when it has had enough sleep and awakes. When up that early, gives me my half hour every morning to get on my treadmill, do a load of laudry ect. before work. I have all of my energy in the morning and afternoon. After dinner, I call it quits to relax.
