Holly, sometimes it can be a great way to start the day if you make the most of the time. I found that when I started waking up early like that if I fought it and tried to go back to sleep, it made things worse. So I started getting up and doing things that I "wanted" and needed to do. Yes, I would turn in early at night but that was the trade-off. Perhaps "spiritually" there is something you need to do as well. Listen to that inner voice. Just a thought.

Woke around 430 and never got back to a good sleep. Ugh... Not Good way to start my day.
