So now that I have, I guess I don't think much. With J it's just a lot of emotion but not necessarily a thought of love, just a feeling of it all around. With others I think I'm just focused on the sensations and trying to make them feel good too. Except for that one time where I inadvertantly got stuck in a mercy f#*k. Then after thinking "you go girl, you obviously need a good one more than me" I put the body into auto pilot and made up the grocery list for a barbeque the next day.

When I'm having sex, there's in the background a constant process of "calibration" of my pleasure. I can't indulge too much in it, for I'll finish too fast. On the other hand, I can't allow myself to lose interest, for I'll go limp. Luckily the middle ground is fairly wide and not too hard to stay within; still, I have to make sure I stay there! "What do you think about?" is the perfect question for us males, as our mind becomes a major player. Apparently not so with many women, who seem to be in some sort of extasis, perhaps in a parallel world, or who knows where....but whatever they are doing apparently their mind is taking a break...and God bless them for that... So here I am fucking the lady that providence has put in my arms. So what does my mind do? It directs my eyes to look at her face (if the sexual position allows for such a sight). I must admit that for a brief moment my mind doesn't do much either. But at some point I need to make some decisions....she definitely doesn't look like she is thinking about much of anything. Instead she seems to just be feeling the pleasure (which makes me all too happy), and I start to wonder what exactly is happening here. The literal answer is kind of pedestrian, and not particulary interesting, so I move away from the biological stuff and get into other thoughts...which brings us to the question posed in this thread. What to think about? What works for me is to switch back and forth between looking at her as a full person and as a sexual object. The contrast between the two perspectives keeps the experience interesting enough that I can prolong things as needed, but (as part of my calibration) I can always focus on something nonsexual (eg, maybe she is an accountant!) if I get a little too excited. To be honest, during sex I go through many moments of "not thinking", but, as soon as I detect a need to either beef things up or quiet them down, I bring the mind to do its work. But it's easy work, for the focus of its attention is right there and not much intellectual effort is needed: is it a lady, or is it a slut? whichever works (and they both do...) Mr. Content

I think if someone were to read my mind during the peak enjoyment of sex they'd lose their ability to understand language. It's kind of like that Far Side cartoon where the guy develops a helmet to let him understand dogs and walks around the neighborhood wearing it and all the dogs are just yelling "hey!" HEY!"

It does not matter if its a single male or the male of a couple.Whenever your with another couple we are all what I said we are. Believe me when you say that a single male is thrown out so are couples its known as the fuck and flee. There is no thought just a reaction to whats going on, what may please the other and what comes natural. We and I really like sex quite a bit,when we are with another , we are with someone who I think is very pleaseing both visually and sexually therefore they are on my mind and the things I wish to be able to do to them along with what they want me to do will be whats in my mind. It could be something about the kids, something that happened recently, or it could be what I am feeling, what I want to do to hubby, what I want him to do to me. I'm like Cindee in that it does not take much for hubby to make me orgasm the first time. Or over and over. I can't control what I think about ANY time of the day, including when having sex.
