Yeah, I cook like that too- no recipe just keep going until it's good enough to eat.

lol Good - I can never remember the recipe after the Sazerac basting. You'll have to ask the chefs.

Lets see since I have been here visiting the inlaws I have made

Chicken Cordon Bleu, mashed red potato's with skins on, zucchini with evo, parm and herbs. For 16 people.

Baked Ziti- 3 huge trays, plus a tray made with gluten free pasta and from scratch Alfredo, meatballs, Italian sausage, huge salad, and olive bread. For 18 people.

Roasted Lamb, Parm/mushroom/risotto, yellow squash with evo and herbs, green beans, bread. for 17

tonight is Seafood casserole with crab, cod and shrimp...some sort of cream base.

@ff: I think it's the salt and sweet combination. I can hang with steak and eggs too. Actually, I can hang with food....LOL....I am a foodie. Starting my NYE meal of collard greens at this writing, letting Glory provide the blackeyed peas (canned), etc. Have to get the champagne.
