I love to wash freshly pulled bell peppers, and other veggies from the garden, slice them and toss 'em with some dressing and eat them...raw.

I like the flavoring bell peppers give meat, when cooked but I do not like bell peppers themselves.

As for dinner, I took pork chops out but since we are both broken and under the influence of pain killers, I am not sure they will get cooked.

Bell Pepper Stuff

I basically make stuffed bell peppers, but instead of stuffing the peppers, I just cut them up and mix them into the stuffing and cook it all together. This time I also included zucchini and yellow squash. It's heavy on the vegatables like it should be.

Baked fish and salad. Then later, tuna salad and a bit of guacamole and the last of those darn peanuts! I am switching to walnuts since I like them less...LOL

I made mild Italian sausage over a vegetable medley of onion, red, green and yellow bell pepper, zucchini and yellow squash. No sauce, just a splash of balsamic vinegar after I turned off the heat, then sprinkled with a generous helping of shredded parmesan.

Oh I'll keep the trout alright, it was so tasty I had some for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a late night snack both days I was there. Can't wait to go back for more. Although it didn't come from a river. Although it did cum in rivers.
