My son and I teamed up to make a kickass broiled speckled trout, topped with shrimp and a buerre pecan sauce. Sides were Brussel sprouts sauteed with pancetta and rosemary potatoes.

I love that era, women knew to be women, men were manly. Not saying I don't dig this era, but seems sometimes with all our "women's lib" and "feminism," equals no more gender-delineation at all!!! May be unpopular but I love taking care of my man, being pretty for him, doing things like bringing him his coffee in the morning while he's showering (ok, so I can sneak a peek!!!), etc... That being said, I don't mind when he helps with laundry!!! :D

I hope Melvin isn't implying that he eats live chicken sandwiches if the sandwich isn't made at Subway.

I made stroganoff style turkey and egg noodles, and asparagus with kiwi and lime. I've never claimed to be any kinda cook, but it turned out pretty good. {Glad it did: it's lunch the next day or two}
