I love a chopped salad but hate all the chopping so I bought a cruciferous crunch collection chopped salad from Trader Joe's. For those who may be interested, it has kale, brussels sprouts, broccoli, green cabbage and red cabbage. and a small piece of baked chicken or fish. That's dinner.

Jan sweet potatoes is one of my favorites, but lately I have found myself eating more squash than sweet potatoes. I usually have one or the other every day, as well as cabbage and carrots.

Lunch for today will be grilled salmon and a half a sweet potato with steamed cabbage and baby carrots.
