I had breakfast, at dinner time ,French toast, beacon ,there make you any thing here ,open kitchen all nite ,27/7 operation we get treated good here because we are the best Hospital on Long Island .Ok I'll settle down nite all

I put a pot of white navy beans on this am in my slow cooker. Around noon, I sauteed some opinion, celery, and diced red pepper in olive oil with some uncured bacon scraps and finished that with some chopped tomatoes and chicken stock. Letting that simmer for a few hours before stirring that into the beans. Before service, I dropped my immersion blender into the slow cooker, puréed the soup, and finished it with a little cayenne, salt and pepper.

Food-gasm!

Just could not bring myself to eat one more Lean Cuisine

tonight - crab & artichokes in a white wine / dill sauce over wheat pasta. Coupled with a lovely glass of German wine.
