Rare is the only way to have it! I don't eat meat often, but when I do, I want it run through a warm room (if Carpaccio is not available!).

Dinner tonight, baked penna pasta ( its the new healthy kind ) the kiddo asked for it so .......lol

I didn't think he was in hearing range. Several weeks ago when he added the word duck to his vocabulary, I made mention we needed to become extra careful about foul language. Something we are careful with in hearing range of children anyhow and besides you know Bacchus doesn't swear with rare exception. I was out on the lanai and he was inside with Bacchus. I let one fly and out he came dropping the F bomb repeatedly. Ah, so make that 17 words in his vocabulary now.
