Rabbit the meals you post always sound very tasty.

Last night was chicken which had been marinated in Italian dressing (left over from girl scout cookout here Monday), corn bread, and some lovely yellow squash sauteed in evo with herbs and a sprinkle of parm.

not sure about tonight yet.

NJ - Yes the meatballs were frozen. The Whole Foods brand is our fav around here.

Latest dinner I cooked for Scamp was homemade meatloaf topped with Bacun (I cook it in a greased cupcake pan so you get little, individual servings), mashed garlic/scallion potatoes, Scratch made gravy and buttered broc and cauli. Yes, once again all vegan.

The Bacun on the meatloaf did indead grow on a tree, or at least a plant.

Funny how people think Veg's "suffer". LOL, Scamp has had no complaints at all about the food I cook. In fact, he eats huge dinners (multiple helpings whch tells me he really does like the food) and still has lost 7-9 pounds without trying since his move to NOLA.
