I want to go all veggies but I always give in and have some fish or chicken. Going to try for the grilled squash and roasted carrots....we'll see.

Gota go get some steak and some ribs for this weekend. Just got my shipment of Arthur Bryant's meat and rib rub and barbecue sauce from my trip to Kansas City. I'm thinkin' a juicy ribeye steak to night and will be rubbing up the ribs to let them just sit and soak up the rub and smoke them tomorrow. Baked potato for the steak and coleslaw and baked beans for the ribs. Life is GOOD.
