We are having a party today for my brother and a cousin of ours for their Birthday, We are boiling 6 sacks of crawfish with the potatoes,corn,mushrooms,and smoked sausage,And cooking a big pot of Pork Jambalaya, We were going to boil crabs also but only caught a few yesterday so no crabs.We did manage to catch 22 nice spekled Trout though.

Well Gina, I was going to jump on it, but I got interrupted.

T-Bone steak, baked potato, lettuce/spinach/assorted veggies salad, and poontang pie for desert. :-)

For the Spelling Nazis, I did spell check "poontang", and I refuse to change it to pontoon or pointing.

Tonight menu is ribeye steaks, baked potato, fresh lettuce salad with basil dressing, a few cold beers, and then hit the hot tub. fred
