I eaten plenty of wild dove.....fantastic! I didn't know that they were raised for such purposes.

Although doves and pigeons are similar the big difference (wild) is what they eat.

To answer your question Doves and pigeons are different birds but often referred to as the same type of bird in here in the northeast.

Sauteed chicken and mixed mushrooms, steamed brocc and caulf for me, green beans for Gary.....

Tomorrow not sure, learning how to cook new things due to Gary's illness....and sometimes making 2 seperate meals.... but still doing well on loosing weight :)

Mentioned T.Reno's book to the doc, hes checking it out to see if its ok for Gary, since he can not have certain things any more...

Ground Turkey meat loaf, Mashed potatoes, corn with rosemary. Turkey gravy with fresh musrooms for the meat loaf.

Maybe tommorrow we will make pizza from scratch, like in the picture to the left.
