I went to the store today and picked up some boneless beef ribs ( country style ) brought them home and marinated them in a home made raspberry bbq sauce for a few hours. Then Gary made them on the grill. Very good :) Then made fresh broccoli, cauli. and carrots....the kid made cheesy noodles.

I am working dinner tomorrow night so they are on there own.

WW pasta with a tomatoe sauce I whipped up with a lot of veggies and anchovies. Good stuff.

I ended up grilling it in foil with garlic, tomatos, and spices. It was delicious.

I cannot take any credit for our fabulous dinner. Jay baked chicken breasts and made these potatoes in sauce that was just unbelievably delicioso.

I baked chicken marinated in kraft Vidalia onion vinaigrette dressing and BAMMED it up with Emerils southwest essence with mashed potatoes and a salad.

Spade-Tilapia is best cooked with just lemon, and your favorite seasonig. Just do not over cook it.
