Yanno

If I snack about 6 times a day with limited caloric intake, I usually just maintain my current weight of 215lbs. What I did last night eating so late and so much, I thought I would come in a bit heavy this morning, but just the opposite happened.

The older I get the more my body amazes me with my food intake.

It was about 830 pm when I said to Deanna, I shouldn't have done that cause now I'm sleepy and headed to bed. hehe

Last night Gary had fish sandwiches... my daughter and her b/f were here for dinner so I made one of her favs for the rest of us... spag with a crab sauce... what they dont know is I used wheat spag., and fat free milk in the sauce, and I put extra sun dried tomatoes in the sauce too...

I am off today so plan on making an awesome dinner..... my daughter cleaned my kitchen from top to bottom yesterday ( even cleaned out the drawers and cabnets.....took everything out wiped and replaced!!!) so thats one less thing for me to do so now I will use it to cook something.....just dont know what !! LOL

Wont be anything on the grill...it died and we wont replace til after the new deck is done this coming week....starting to rip it up Sat.!!! ( I see a new deck party coming soon!!LOL )
