Very easy first bring a pot of water to a boil, then add roux. let it desolve to the color you like, the more roux you put the darker it will be. add onions, you should let that cook at least an hour or so,then add your seasoned shrimp after they are done, we actualy break the eggs right into the pot, make sure your fire is high enough to be boiling alittle to cook the eggs, Oh do not stir for awhile after you add the eggs, because you will break them all up. I think if you follow this you will like...

I've got a pot roast prepped and ready to go into the oven for tonight. Dough is rising for homemade bread and the garlic will roast along side the pot roast for roasted garlic mashed potatoes.

We will be having Stuffed Tomatoes.

Very large tomatoes gutted to get most of the meat out, Then you sauté a couple of small onions. a green pepper, a clove or 2 of garlic, a jalapeño, some of the gutted tomato meat, and a can of tuna in whatever beer your drinking (Beck’s works wonderfully) while chopping and cooking. You sauté this while stirring with a spatula continuously, until the onions start to soften, and all within range start to swoon and moan in pleasure to the delectable aroma of the forthcoming meal. Then you fill the cavity of the tomatoes with the stuffing mix, top off with extra sharp cheddar cheese and bake for 10 minutes or so at 350 degrees (or just until the cheese melts). Plate the tomatoes, serve with a nice Red wine, I think I will be using our homemade Elderberry wine.
