I actually burned something tonight...first time in a LONG time. Made my homemade pizza and the crust got WAY too dark on the bottom. I know I used the wrong pans.

Can say I surely didn't overeat tonight.

Chili Verde and Dry Soup (a rice side dish) from the freezer..........there is no way we are turning on the stove tonight. It is 100 outside, and 80 degrees in the coolest part of the house, so we might as well eat spicy food to help feel cooler, lol.
