i just brought home three 1.5# fresh caught lobsters.......i caught them today......am going to boil them and have them with hot melted butter.....maybe a little caesar salad.........iv got enough for two any ladies interested....lol

Using the leftover crab meat from the boil to do a crab imperial bake, with a salad and french bread...

That salmon crust sounds delightful PG!

salmon with a honey,maplesyrup mustard crushed pecan crust. Mixed veggies and a salad.

If I can stay awake to cook it and eat it that is.

Sheesh-since when is pizza cheap anymore? It's outrageous by us:(

I picked up awesome steelhead trout and made that for lunch as dinner for Mr and myself since he will be at the Meadowlands this evening.

Kids are doing left overs and I am having mixed greens topped with a can of tuna and all my silly stuff. Oh-M-add whole bee pollen to the list, but only 1T/day.
