We went out for dinner...I had Chicken florentine served on a bed of fresh spinach , a baked sweet potato, and a salad..... I brought 1/2 of my chicken dish home it was HUGE!!! (the chicken breast was the size of two decks of card next to each other....)

Gary had fried fish ....

We had a great dinner at HotVirgo's. Today: Filet mignon and lobster for lunch and Rack of lamb at dinner.

I made grilled hot dogs and butter & herb noodles but I substituted oliveoil for butter in the ingredients.

oliveoil is SO much better than butter with certain foods.

baked salmon w/dijon honey mustard glaze(farm raised not a good as wild) , mashed buttered turnip and a garden salad w/catalina dressing and a frosty cold glass of diet pepsi

LMAO You must be mistaken me for a cook or something. I am an idiot when it comes to cooking and have no clue what you are talking about. LOL

You can do whatever you would like. Sautee mushrooms, onion, spinach-or nothing-suff them with just cheese. Make patties and add the filling and use the ravioli method.
