Last night was weight loss class...2 days early...so everyone fended for themselves...tonight I am making a cuke,onion and tomato salad, picking up some nice long rolls last night so having sausage,pepper and onion sandwiches, with a tomato sauce...a very rare treat since I haven't been eating a lot of breads....and maybe some roased basil,oreganio or rosemary(out of the garden ) potatoes.....

Jim made stuffed pepper soup with everything (with the exception of the beef) came from the garden. It was tastefully delicious.

OK, that's it we're moving to PA!! hehe

HEB, has the good stuff and we love it. The beef isn't too bad either but we tend to eat more chicken.
