As Irish as I am, I have never really been able to enjoy corned beef and cabbage. I don't mind a corned beef sammich, but I've never liked cabbage.

Cod-the fish has been excellent this year so far. I've never had steelhead trout until two weeks ago-it's great.

Corvina was really good-the salmon has been great...I'm wondering what's up.

And you had to have ham. I'm craving ham-but not a healthy sandwich-so...not going to happen.

We have Ribeyes thawing out. So it will either be that or beans with pork mixed in.

Somekind of recipe using very thin pork chops. I think I'm doing the eggwhite and wheatgerm thing and just veggies and salad.
