Drunken delmonico steaks butterflied and grilled with blue cheese topping, five-grain sourdough with olive tapenade, and a salad, methinks. We like food :)

Still lent so we are having tofu, fresh orange bell pepper, stir fry veggies, with Canton Noodles. I picked up some fresh rosemary, thyme, and tarragonn from the farmers market down the street today. I am thinking of making a ginger soy sauce(will have to do some trial and error on that one)

Thick CB or thin?

Roast the taters with a tad of oil, rosemary, etc.

I would make super thin CH and sear them quckly, butterfly the shrimp, make a white wine, garlic, lemon and herb sauce and your done:) Or skip the taters and make WW pasta and serve the protein on top of 2 ounces each. Freak I am I would blanch broccoli rabe and add it, or spinach.

I ended up pounding the thin chops super thin, dredged in egg whie and potato flour, flash sseared and then topped with, thinly sliced tomatoe, Proscuitto, sauteed spinach another piece of pork and topped with fontina and an herbed sheey wine sauce. Good stuff.

Thanks everyone, I had some " real food" tonight and now I am regretting it.... back to the BRAT diet..... lobster.... one night of our cruise next month is lobster night....we shall see....

It reallly SUCKS I have had NO coffee since SUNDAY!!!!!!!!!!! ( that and fruit is all I miss to be honest )
