Goodenuf...omg...you make me SMILE BIG!

I have chicken thawing. Probably do some sort of vinagrette with garlic and sautee them (skinless breasts). Not sure what else yet, but the slaw worked well yesterday.

Been reading about vinegars and blood sugar.

Shel, salsa instead of dressing sounds like something I will try.

Oops, have to add we're a bit sloppy with the syrup on french toast among other things. One of us splashes when we eat. :-D

I ate a "salad".........I put the " because I like everything but lettuce lol. So I had a mixture of cucumber, mushrooms, chicken breast, tomato and salsa to replace dressing. It was really yummy LOL.

Come on down here and I will make you the best french toast (according to my hubby) you ever had. Texas toast is just thicker sliced bread, and I do use it to make my garlic bread and also for french toast.

Dinner tonight: grilled pork tenderloin (my favorite), broccoli/cabbage slaw with a vinagrette dressing made w/ yogurt, red potatoes criss cross cut and baked, and watermelon.
