LOL The definitions I found for "white trash" and "redneck" were almost identical.

I'm thinking that was more of a redneck dinner. White trash wouldn't include anything as fresh as coon.

White Trash Dinner?

How about creamed 'possum with sweet potatoes, canned corn, buttermilk biscuits smothered in coon fat gravy? Wash it down with a local favorite beer like Ol' Hound Dog, Fox Deluxe, etc. (Billy Beer goes good with this menu too, but I ain't sharin' my last 20 cases of that with just anybody.)

Cheapy white trash dinner. Kielbasa, sliced cooked in garlic and sundry spices and then simmered in Ramen Beef noodles.

Back from the folks... ate healthy ( for the MOST part ) with them .....

Dinner tonight was crab stuffed flounder, noodle and green beams for the guys...I made a lettuce,tomato, low fat cheese,ham wrap with a slighlt spicy mustard....

Tomorrow night I am making pork and kraut in the crock pot.... ( I wont eat it) I am making fresh green beans for me, corn for the guys....mashed potatos for them and a baked one for me.... I will add a salad with raspberry vingrette dressing to mine...
