Good swing friends of ours(couple) have invited us over for dinner...we had them over this morning for the game. They said "Hey, come over for dinner?"

Cut chicken baked in a sauce with potatos and vegetables and hoping for buttered bread for dipping. Strictly dinner.

The fresh corn out here in Western PA is especially great this year. We did extra working out to be able to have a couple of ears of corn on the cob. I'll also make a cucumber salad and grill cheeseburgers. Local peaches are at there peak too, so if we have room-- peaches and cream for dessert.

I cooked 12 quarts of sauce last weekend, sectioned & vacuum sealed each quart and tossed them in the freezer. Pulled a bag out this morning and will have it over some Penne with garlic bread for dipping.
