It's really easy Mrs. Want. Rub olive oil onto your salmon and then coat in ample amount of freshly ground course pepper (I prefer a medley) and sea salt. Wrap in cling wrap for the afternoon. Finally chop one shallot (or 1/4 onion) and one clove garlic. Place 1 tbs fresh parsley and 2 tbs tarragon in juice of 2 lemons. Clarify 1/2 pound butter. Lightly saute shallot and garlic then wisk in lemon juice and herbs. Continue to wisk till thickened. Grill salmon 6 minutes each side depending on thickness. Drizzle lemon butter over and serve.
