creamy,

I love good Italian sausage, but over the last few years I have had to cut back on it (doctors orders).

You can get good tasting sausage through Foster Farms with their mild Italian Turkey Sausage. I don't believe there is any fennel in the mild.

Just a suggestion.

I am not a fan of fennel in sausage ( or anything else to be honest ) and of course it is not listed on the package for sausage, so while the peppers, onions and sauce were very good ...not so much on the sausage!!! Since moving we are having a very hard time finding sausage we all enjoy! Maybe next time I go to Adamstown I will have to hit up Weavers Market for some!! Gary said maybe we should try the butcher up the road so maybe after work tomorrow I will try there....

Tomorrow... not sure yet....thinking a crab spag. in a sundried tomato sauce with fresh tomatoes added...

Jim made stuffed pepper soup with everything (with the exception of the beef) came from the garden. It was tastefully delicious.
