yum. Strawberries are wonderful. A daiquiri, perhaps? (wow, i spelled it correctly on the first try...that's usually a tough one, and means I'm not so brain dead)

Strawberry Soup:

1 qt. strawberries 1 pint plain yogurt 1 pint sour cream ( a bit too "sour creamy" for me, so I did less) 6 fresh minced mint leaves (if you don't like mint, you can omit) 2 TB vanilla 1/8 Cup sugar (I also don't add the sugar, as I like the tartness and the yogurt is enough for me for "sweetness")

Combine all ingredients in blender. Chill before serving. Garnish w/ mint leaf and a strawberry if you want

Pan fried walleye- again.

The cuter half and I caught a boatload of walleyes while trolling last weekend. Damn tasty critters, even if they do eat eat worms and leeches.

Speaking of trolling, it's time to catch up on some other troll(er)s..
