Jay grilled hamburgers. And omg that was the most delicious cheeseburger I have ever had in my life. I won't lie....I was going to totally be a glutton and eat 2 even though I was full from 1......it was SO delicious!! But I exhibited self control. I'm still thinking about it though LOL.

BBQ marinated steak w/saut'eed greens and white rice. A couple strong margaritia's to wash it all down.

baked fresh haddock with garlic butter crumbs......steamed broccoli......and a nice garden salad........ oops....frosty crown royal and ginger beverage

We will be having "gack dawgs" at Wienerschnitzel on the way to campgrounds.

And then a whole bunch of not quite healthy food for the weekend, lol. Gotta love camping food, especially when the kids are with ya.

tonight we are having boneless ribs ( anyone have a good marinade?? I dont want bbqed which is what the kids always want....) I will make noodles for Gary and the kids, some brown rice for myself, a nice salad, and green beans for them fresh broccoli for me.....thinking of trying the broccoli on the grill....
