Gary's home !! He is on a soft food low fiber diet.... he has been oked to have fish...so tonight we are having broiled fish ( NOT sure what kind yet lol ) hes also aloud mashed spuds so thats on the menu as well and maybe green beans....

in fact they do. Yellow, purple, red, white, are all colors carrots can be found in although not usually in most traditional grocery stores. Although in the one I work in we have orange and yellow most of the year. As well as white and purple asparagus. And purple and yellow cauliflower. But we have an awesome produce department.
