Baked salmon, salad, cauliflower. Making up for the garlic parm chicken wings and pulled pork over the weekend. lol

I like to bake them like a baked potato. I add butter and cinnamon after they are baked.

What do you do with the sweet potatoes? Those are pretty much the only potatoes healthy for me (sometimes some red potatoes).
