I know, I know...tell me about it sister:-(

My diet is really poor, has been for a long time. My eating habits must change and I'm going to make a consorted effort to change them. I do all the cooking and have my entire adult life, I should do better since I know better!

Fresh dug creamykd? Hmmm...sounds tasty! I usually make mashed and have not had a good baked potato in a long while. Might give it a go the next time I make taters.
