My husband cooked today, he made city chicken, pasta and corn. It was good.

We had pork tenderloin with a cinnamon and wine sauce over cooked apples with white rice on the side (or under) YummY

was meaning to post this yesterday but was too tired. dinner was ribs and chicken for sixty. sides were potatoe salad cole slaw and/or salad. i chose the salad. i can still smell the smoke on the smoker. lol next saturday the 20th will be ribs and leg quarters for two hundred. at least i don't have to do sides there. hahaha

I made a pot od spag. sauce and meatballs that have been simmering most of the day... will cook some noodles in a bit :)

Taking the train back up to Sacramento this afternoon, so dinner is limited to five or six choices for dinner. Whatever I decide, it will be served in our sleeper cause I plan on mixing/drinking margarita's as soon as I put my feet up.

Trains are a nice way to see the countryside.

I cooked a pot roast in the crock pot with enchilada sauce then fork shredded it. Made a shredded beef enchilada casserole. Good stuff!

I took my guys out for dinner... Gary had the fish he always gets.... son had a HUGE burger, had onion rings, cheese and bbq sauce on it....I had a grilled sandwich ( I brought 1/2 of it home ) but it was homemade sourdough bread, fresh turkey( not deli meat ) carmelized onions,cheddar jack cheese and bbq sauce... all of us had fries, and I brought 3/4 of them home as well....
