that, and so long as it isnt a dump bear..... that can be an interesting dining experience in itself. I personally prefer bear to venison. but too each thier own

Bear meat can be good if prepared properly. It tends to be a little stringy or tough if not cooked slow and for a long time. Everyone looks for that big trophy bear but we like the younger ones around 250lbs for better eating.

wasn't my Idea the first time I had it, but it is an interesting way of preparing it , and it is very good, for those who like saurbratten....

Shrimp stew,Fried Jumbo white shrimp,Potato salad,sliced cucumbers and tomatos,,Sugar cookies(CHRISTMAS SHAPED) lol for desert..

Hubby here cooking for tonight because T is at school doing some sub teaching today..
