Can some. Save for soups and stews. Lotsa salsa. Is your corn in yet? Halve and grill and place over meat. You like vodka, make a great bloody mary sauce. Doesn't matter they're not juicy. Use in a blindfolded and tied, let me give you food sensations event. Add to a boil. I know you have a boiler. Caprese. Do you still eat brown and wild rice? Stuff with cheese inside any meat pocket.

Trish, that would probably work for Jim, I don't like Salsa but it is a great idea for this over abundance of these creatures. Jim made a huge batch of stewed tomatoes yesterday. I will eat anything made of tomatoes, but eating them even stewed just don't get it, yuck.

Just one of those days where you're standing there wanting something different. So you look at what you have and come up with something to try. I think I've done a pretty good job of keeping nice meals going with a torn up kitchen. Bacchus had told me we could eat all our meals out or get nice carry out for the duration. (he loves to spoil me) But you know that's just not my style. It's actually enhanced my creative side dealing with the challenge.

I'm glad I made extras on this sauce. Because tonight I'm going to try it over leftover chicken breast. Last night it was over pork tenderloin. Blueberries, cherries, five kinds of chili peppers (including datil which is hard to find in most parts of the country) in a port, cab and maple syrup reduction seasoned with 20 yr old balsamic and mace.

Hey Hunt, come on over and I'll give yo uleftovers from last night. Being the fabulous cook you are, I know you like to experiment with different sauces. I made a very interesting one last night. Unusual taste pairings.
