I worked so freaking hard today between patients, lab work and taking care of the desk, vodka and cranberry is my dinner of choice.

I just bought chuck steaks...never had them don't know how to prepare them... wanted to try something new.... ideas????

Pork... sometimes we put orange slices and ginger on ours then bake slowly....

Last night we had dinner out with 3 other couples. Mexican.... Yum-yum!

Today, I have not a clue what we will have. Have a kitchen full of ideas, but I feel so crappy that it may just be a 'fend for yourself' kinda night for my family.
