LOL Andy... you seriously crack me up. LW your stuffing is a hard act to follow but I will certainly do my best.

Just finished trussing the turkey!

Our menu tonight is:

Roast turkey with a prosciutto and hazelnut butter crust Italian sausage and parmesan stuffing Fig and port cranberry compote Sweet potato "souffle" Haricot verts with lemon zest, pancetta and pine nuts Wild mushrooms with a marsala cream sauce Roast garlic mashed potatoes Rice and peas (gotta have some Jamaican in here somewhere) Rolls Cranberry nut bread (LW is making this!)

Desserts are:

Pumpkin creme brulee Chocolate cake Apple pie (LW is bringing this!!)

Last night we all had Cincinnati Chili. Today is over to Cayne's mother's for another round of turkey. I'm eager to taster Cayne's stuffing. We love sharing cooking notes. Wonder how M's stuffings went. Sounded like a lot fo creativity was going on there. Yums.

Salt Grass Steak House.

Porterhouse=me, t-bone=she and some steak soup, salad, baked sweet potato and seafood fondue to top it all off.

I have fallen down and I can't roll over or get up.. HAHAHAAHAAHAHAH

No complaints, just sleepy like a big old bear...
