fishless phish sticks, mini tater cakes (a smaller version of hash browns), tons of ketchup, and mixed steamed veggies---gotta have somethin mildly healthy in there.

I have to say, I've never attended a dinner where you didn't have an option from the red meat they were serving so I passed on that and went for the grilled veggies, sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella which was delicious and the pumpernickel rolls which I love. I passed on the pasta as well. Attending this dinner reaffirmed how important it is for me to eat home before I go to events like this. Oh, they had a fruit platter and an assortment of olives and various cheeses and some little hard looking crusted bread which I passed on. The olives were excellent.
