Lobster's made on the grill and corn on the cob. Absolutely delicious!! Each lobster was 1.4 lbs, so big I couldn't even eat the entire thing. I only finished about 1/2 of mine.

Grab a bite to eat on the drive back from the lake a day early...could not even get half way through it cause it tasted like crap. Fast food of all things, I should have known better.

Grilled Delmonico's and corn on the cob and a spinach salad. Today was the first time in 5 month's that I had red meat....and although it was good, I have no problem waiting another 5 months to eat it again!

Tomorrow we are doing grilled lobster's again and finishing up the corn and adding another spinach salad.

Spent the day working in the garden and I am happy to report my darn lettuce is doing fantastic this year! :)

Dinner lone this evening since Jeff is at the fire station all evening and the kiddo is away. I am making my own version of a Subway veggie sandwich. A very small whole wheat roll, spinach, black olives, tomatos, onions, shredded carrots, some banana peppers and some type of light dressing. Having some fresh strawberries for dessert and some peace and quiet!!!! Then heading out for a pedicure before meeting up with friends for some dancing later this evening.

We are meeting swing friends for dinner at a bbq place. Might try the bbq meatloaf, but I don't want the side dishes. I am really trying to stay away from any fried stuff.

I realized w/ Dan gone, I ate better (no fast food at all, and healthy choices when I went to lunch w/ a friend), so I think I'm really aware that we sabotage each other sometimes. I will certainly be more aware of it, and as we both like to cook, I think it won't be so difficult for us to cook better meals. The place where I didn't do so well, was late night mindless snacks...so I'm going to try again to not undo one good thing with a bad thing...and also not to look at things as bad/good but rather good FOR me, or bad FOR me.

Dinner somewhere between here and the lake, so your guess is as good as mine.
