I do not have a green thumb, but my SO's son does and he has a wonderful little garden going on. He picked some peppers for a family BBQ yesterday and they were stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon and thrown on the grill. So damn tasty!

Tonight, homemade vegetarian chili with a side salad. Tomorrow night, stuffed peppers.

My garden has literally exploded..... I picked 60 tomatos, 5 huge zuchini, 14 green peppers, 16 banana peppers and harvested two more heads of cabbage over the weekend and there were 12 or so tomatoes that needed a day or two more before picking.

I made a huge bowl of tomato, onion, basil and mozzerella salad last night and am going to attempt a zuchini " crab cakes " recipe sometime this week. Not sure the families going to buy into the fake crab cake thing, but will give it a try. lol

Belated post...

Brought a couple pies to "Shakespeare in the park" and ate wedges on the lawn as we watched. Way cool!
