I had a salad with a slice of chicken and no fat ranch dressing. I am trying like hell to keep my evening meal as lean as possible, since my largest meal tends to be lunch.

I had about a billion calories at IHOP...had breakfast in the evening. 2 eggs overeasy, bacon, sausage and a little of my pancakes. I think I ate what I normally eat in 2 days caloric wise...but it was DELICIOUS lol.
