User Details are only visible to members.	Lately we haven't been cooking dinners and have been going for nibble food for our dinners. It usually consists of: 2 stuffed grape leaves 4 to 5 imported hard cheeses several black olives raw carrots hard salami several whole almonds 1 pear or green grapes

User Details are only visible to members.	The soup had yams, sweet potatoes, purple potatoes, roma tomatoes, garlic, butternut squash, green and red cabbage and cauliflower. A LOT of veggies in 12 C water-4 cloves of garlic, 4 fresh bay leaves, S&P, I tossed in half an onion and after cooking for 3 hours you add chopped cilantro. I was very surprised with the flavor and fragrance. I had a melt down yesterday so I just grabbed pizza for the kids and will make the meatball dinner this evening.

User Details are only visible to members.	M, I didn't ask for that, but it's what I needed to hear. You are so right. Ugh, and then I ended up being sick later anyway! But it was the dressing, as I read the labels so as not to use any that had high fructose corn syrup or sugar, but I didn't read the DATE and it was a bottle that was about a year old! AGH! So, I'm paying more attention to what goes in my mouth. And what shouldn't. Fries definitely should NOT, even baked ones (as I did with those, but they're still potatoes). Ok. Nuff said. You can call me up on any of my bad eating/thinking patterns anytime, as I don't always see them the way you do, and it's good for me to have a reality check. Thanks, Gina
