NY the bertolli things are pretty good for a quick meal. I lucked into a bunch we were discontinuing at work for 1.74 and 1.85 each. (had some coupons for 1.25 off too even better!) Filled 2 shelves of my big freezer with about 25 of them. Make a nice side salad of mixed greens and some garlic bread, Fast easy and pretty good when time is short.

Tonight?

baked chicken breast with cranberry mustard glaze, corn on the cob, acorn squash.

OMG you all need to try Bertolli's frozen dinners. All of the ingredients are flash-frozen separately. Dump the bag onto a pan and in under 10 minutes it's done. It doesn't even taste anything like any frozen foods out there. Great for when time is short.

I'm hooked on the Chianti Braised Beef n Rigatoni, Chicken Parmigiana & Penne, and the Shrimp Scampi & Linguine. I still need to try their oven-baked meals...

So that's what's up for tonight: Chianti Braised Beef n Rigatoni, microwave-steam-in-bag Broccoli, and some toaster-garlic bread. Lazy, but good....
