I have my sister and her hubby from Murfreesboro Tn and my sister and her 2 kids from Tyler Tx down to visit since they were not able to make our dads 82nd b/d last month. My brother is in from Pa where he works. The whole family is together so we are boiling 3 sacks of crawfish tonight,of course with corn potatoes mushrooms smoked sausage onions Also boiling some jumbo Shrimp for my 1 sister that dont eat crawfish lol.

steamed clams dug yesterday and hung on boat to purge the sand with plenty of melted butter......yummmmmmmmmm and good for the libito :)

Tonight we are having fresh caught out of our pond Bream and Bass fillets fried and some grilled for my dad with fries and tots and sliced cucumbers and tomatoes.

That's why I'm a caterer instead of a restaurant owner. I do think that would kill it for me. Although, I'd consider buying one and letting the kid chefs run it. M did I tell you R is flying in to be a guest chef at that even? The other thing I won't do is large, decorated cakes for the company. That has always been a very personal thing for those I love.
