We just came back from a week in the deep south, where everything is fried, and I came away from it LOSING a half pound. So grateful I didn't gain, but I was careful for the most part. Dinner, now that we're home:

tonight: Grilled/sauteed chicken breasts in a zesty italian dressing
baked potato
corn, but just for hubby

tomorrow: bulgogi at our favorite korean restaurant, and we share one order

sometime over the weekend, I am attempting homemade sweet potato chips

Sunday (perhaps): husband will make some really excellent beef curry, hot.

How's that for planning?

Grilled Caesar chicken salads here. Kids home early today because of midterms so I made a huge "Pizzaria" style antipasto salad for lunch.
We're being bad tomorrow night, but that's OK. We want to try the sausage from 5 Star, so peppers and onions off or on a roll, whichever "you" choose and a side salad.
Mr and I are going over the menu plan for next week later since he is home today. Makes it so much easier and more fun for me.
