Yup, that and always use fresh herbs for the anti-oxidents which are much more abundant than in dried. *pay no attention to this chef's fat ass, she really knows healthy food, she just loves wine and hates to exercise*

last night was salmon and asparagas, artichoke hearts and red bell pepper sauteed in EVO.

tonight will be beef burgandy in the crock pot since it is a girl scout meeting night. Carrots, mushrooms cooked in the the beef burgandy and served over rice.

Mario I hear you on the kids not liking "flakes of green" in their food. I have the pickest eaters in the world I swear.

Mac & Cheese with toms is awesome thats the only way I make it here....

Tonight I had left over turkey meatloav and veggys.... Gary still at work (since 4pm) so not sure if he will want ham steak or soup....

Tomorrow going to a great resturant with *groan* the mother in law and *smile* Gary's dad, to celebrate Garys bday a week early....
