tigg.. cool. I bake at 325 and it doesn't take long because its still hot from noodles. Sometimes we don't even bake it, Just eat right from the mix. Always a good 10 minute dinner. And you definitely have to salt and pepper to taste. I love lots of pepper. So I wait till it's on my plate. Kids use to yell at me.

Me too, Fun! I need to buy some pickles! I will say though, the soup was made with whole sour cream, whole milk. My Mom refused to copy it, because of my Dad's high cholersterol- or she was just lazy. Third course was pierogies and sauerkraut, with a touch of sugar added, and german chocolate cake, which I could not eat, because I was so full.

Box o elbows(1 lbs) - 4 c. shredded Cheddar or Colby jack - 1 Can o crushed or Diced tomatoes

Cook elbows - Mix all together saving cup o shred to layer on top and bake till top shred melted.

Fun, or, hey you:) - German cucumber salad was the first course. One thing that had me interested was a cream of potato soup, with shredded pickles. I received the recipes yesterday. Oh, that soup was great!
