D grey the cheese is a mild mexican cheese..... when I ask the restraunt they just tell me "queso" it is milder than muenster, and is not greasy but does round off the shrimp and bacon wrap

Had a very good dinner last night out with 2 of the kids....

Tonight is ravoli and a nice salad.... thinking of toasting some pecans after work for my salad....

Chicken breasts with orange glaze, baby carrots, stuffing (for hubby) and a baked potato (for me). For dessert, chocolate chip cherry cobbler. Of course, now that I am done cooking it, I don't have an appetite. :(
