Brisket Stroganoff - started with leftover brisket (it was in the freezer). sauted some onions and mushrooms in butter, added the brisket, brown up just a little and douce with cognac, add a cup of water, salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika & tyme. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Made a little sauce with roux and half-n-half, poured it over brisket & egg noodles. Not bad for leftovers.

5 cheese onion soup, Bacon wrapped fillet, spinach and a small pc of molten lava cake with raspberry sauce and vanilla ice cream.

If Dave liked Wonderbread, I would not touch it. I'm trying to do what my friend is doing. She is on Weight Watchers, and was able to get a calculator for free, but I don't need all that detail. I just know what I need to cut, substitute more fruit and vegetables, and burn more calories than I take in.
