Hope you had fun Carrie. Hey Tigg, I'll bet in your neck of the woods yo udo get great chowder right at the market. Just like when yo utalked about shipping lobster. I so envy you. Actually, from here, no so lucky. Even though I have 2 great seafood vendors I ship mine in at greater expense because I get far better quality. Live lobters in a tank rather than the ocean tend to start losing their pureness in just a couple days and you can see in on their shell. Won't touch it. Guess there is no substituting for good old mother earth. Anyhow, on the chowder, I'll pop a recipe over in recipe sharing. Some people just like to cook no matter how much simpler it could be. I'm one of those, plus because of Bacchus' high blood pressure and other stuff, I tend to limit prepared foods that I don't really know what's in them, especially sodium.

Im back at work offshore,Saturday and Tuesday nights are steak night. I had a nice ribey with Sauted mushrooms and a baked potato.

rdy.......your probably right.........but there are a couple of prepared ones at the local supermkt that are really good and no muss no fuss just heat and eat mmmmmmmmmmmmm :)

hot boiled lobsters with tons of hot melted butter....garlic bread and a cocktail too.........i really earned it today.........tide was running hard on the ocean and the swells were 6-10 feet..........
