I am much happier. I was miserable when I gained all that weight. It really took a toll on me mentally and physically.

I also love the long hair on you Carrie! You know you have a little bit of a Gwen Stafani thing going on.

They will have to wait until next weekend. I decided not to go out last night and instead go out with hubby, when he is home.

I like garlic bread with my pasta. I tend to eat more bread than pasta.

I think the bread with pasta is an Italian tradition that is hard to break, you have to have the Italian bread to soak up the extra sause. I'm not Italian but I live in a place that holds onto alot of Italian tradition.

toyz,

Yes, at this time, I don't worry much about it either. I have the portion thing down and am not worried about eating too much. I can't remember the last time I did that.

I am always telling people how important portion control is. A lot of them say they don't want to deny themselves things they enjoy. I tell them I don't deny myself either. I just don't make a pig of myself anymore. I have a little bit of everything instead of a whole lot of some things.
