Homemade chicken soup. Actually, it's been what's for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for me for a few days now.

Tonight, We are preparing an 800 year old Spanish recipe called Medival Moorish chicken stew; That She will be presenting on WCTV Celebrity chef in the morning in 17th century Spanish dress. She is doing it as an advertisment for an upcoming event at the place we work.

The event is "Giving Thanks -17th century Spanish Foodways", It will be held the friday and saturday following Thanksgiving day.

The recipe has actually been slighty modernized by the addition of Spanish smokey pimenton in the 16th century. So it is actually only 500 years old.

If you would like an even more modernized recipe let us know, ie: oven at 350 kinda thing instead of slowly heated clay pot over the banked coals of an open fire.
