My cousin's co-workers were fabulous and provided the funerary party with a huge lunch including pretty much anything and everything...the brisket was delicious. I still can't think about food LOL.

roasted cod with garlic butter.........steamed sweet potatoes........carrot cake with butter creme frosting........diet pepsi in a frosty mug :)

Last night was beer in the butt chicken, bacon and cheddar potatoes, baby carrots. Tonight, I have no idea.

yeah its kinda like the tomally in lobsters...supposed to be a delicacy....if you really knew what it was....it would make you puke :)

I guess he said that before scrapple was invented. I had haggis in Scotland and I'm sure the same sentiments would apply-- you'd rather not know.

Anyway, for dinner I'm making cucumber, hummus and olive "crackers", vegetable samosas, spicy lamb curry, cumin rice and garlic naan.

Scapple.... fried crisp nothing on it.......customers ask for ketchup,syrup,apple butter, and mustard for on top :( yuck...... plain and crisp!!

Maybe dinner out tonight, freekin called into work so all day plans with hubby gone bad :(
