We had steak on the grill, baked spuds, green beans for the guys, brussel sprouts with a smidge of honey mustardon them for me,sauteed mushrooms for the steaks....

Daughter and her bf coming tomorrow night, soooo maybe I will make some fried chicken ( which is NOT something I make often, it is usually baked or grilled due to weight loss) but nothing set in stone....anyone remember the thread where we listed what we had on hand and people helped come up with ideas???!! I miss it :(

tigg.. cool. I bake at 325 and it doesn't take long because its still hot from noodles. Sometimes we don't even bake it, Just eat right from the mix. Always a good 10 minute dinner. And you definitely have to salt and pepper to taste. I love lots of pepper. So I wait till it's on my plate. Kids use to yell at me.

Me too, Fun! I need to buy some pickles! I will say though, the soup was made with whole sour cream, whole milk. My Mom refused to copy it, because of my Dad's high cholersterol- or she was just lazy. Third course was pierogies and sauerkraut, with a touch of sugar added, and german chocolate cake, which I could not eat, because I was so full.
