Just Mrs is gone so i ate a dinner of full fat nachos. I normally dont eat a full fat meal so when i do it upsets my guts and gives me gas. Tastes great just no lite flames or people can get near me afterwards.

Leftover vegan beaf stew. Like chili, it's better a day or two after it's made. Sadly the bread I'm baking won't be ready in tome for dinner but will make a lovely late night snack when it comes fresh out of the oven.

Sounds great! Tonight Mrs is out of town and i have been craving nachos. so nachos it is along with some onion rings dipped in nacho cheese and then ketchup. This is going to give me really bad gas but no one is around to suffer, and for me my farts dont stink.

Then tomorrow i work it all off and eat salad.

Fried Wild Turkey tenderloins with roasted baby red potatoes and Spanish onions. The potatoes were sprinkled with Olive oil, fresh cilantro, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes and Kosher salt, oven cooked at 350 then switched to high Broil to brown. I split the 2 tenderloins and took out the tendons. Then breaded with seasoned flour before frying in peanut oil. It was good!
