Inez, what brand tuna do you eat? I want to buy some of their stock. I'm just kidding you. I too eat a lot of canned tuna.

Tonight is grilled pork loin medallions.

Monday is always was day at my mom's house too, although she is a Northern lady. In the summer wash is done on the coolest day of the week in our house. Living in a one floor house our dryer heats up the house too much to do it on 90+ degree days. If like last week the temps are pretty steamy all week I do a load at night every night.

Haven't even thought about dinner yet....

It's Monday and in New Orleans that means it's wash day and red beans and rice--something that can be put on in the morning and allowed to slow cook all day as the house and laundry all gets cleaned.

I'm mixing it up a little and instead of red beans I'm making Butterbeans and smoked sausage.
