she didn't say ketchup was healthy, she said "a whole bunch of steamed veggies, gotta have something healthy" by way of saying the rest of what she posted wasn't particularly healthy.

@njny: Healthy. It's definitely not the ketchup as it's loaded with sugar. Trust me this is not a criticism as I am "addicted" to Heinz and one day on some program they showed how much sugar is in it. It's crazy so I try to use a lot less and use more hot sauce but there is nothing like ketchup/catsup. What's in a name.....LOL

fishless phish sticks, mini tater cakes (a smaller version of hash browns), tons of ketchup, and mixed steamed veggies---gotta have somethin mildly healthy in there.
