Last night was brine chicken breast, salad and corn. Tonight is spaghetti, with wheat pasta and salad.

Last night's rehearsal dinner was catered in my friend's backyard (cue the arse jokes...). Soft tortillas, beef, pork, chicken, or fish tacos. I ended up having a few fish tacos with shredded cabbage, guac, salsa verde, and diced tomatoes. A few glasses of white wine and some storytelling around the fire pit rounded out the night.

Today, I have a meeting with my new work team, followed by me making dinner for a few of them. Not sure what that'll be, but I know what I'd like to feed them.
